传统开发信还有用吗

开发信简单来说就是外贸业务员把自己公司的产品、服务、优势等通过邮件、信函发送给潜在的国外客户,希望建立业务合作关系。

一封好的开发信从标题到内容,再到署名都是有讲究的,都应该充满了“诱饵”,引鱼儿上钩。

写一封好的开发信是个不小的学问,但是开发信已经发展了这么多年,有很多人都还停留在10年前的开发信思路,口口声声叫嚷着开发信已经没用了!

到底是真的没用了,还是你没有真正利用好它?

事实上,当你找到真正的客户,对方又有需求的时候,就算一封平淡无奇的开发信,只要避开一些spam trigger words,回复率根本不是问题。

决定开发信效果的只有几个因素:

保证对方能收到,发给对的人,对方对你感兴趣,对方有需求。

1)保证对方能收到 (避开spam trigger words),

2)发给对的人 (发之前做客户调查分析),

3)对方对你感兴趣 (根据你对客户的了解,在开发信中合理巧妙地使用掌握的信息)

如何获取目标客客户邮箱

对于老客户来说,由于之前已经在我们公司下过单,那么他们肯定会留下他们的联系的方式,那么我们自然就可以通过老客户留下的,从而找到他们的电子邮箱了。

然而,并不是所有的外贸人都有这么幸运,如果是面对完全陌生的客户,我们要如何获取他们的电子邮箱呢?

:我们可以利用第三方网站进行获取。通常如果一家企业比较注重网络宣传这一块的话,他们往往会将公司的信息放到某些大型平台上(B2B平台、社媒、等),因此利用第三方网站进行电子邮箱的获取,也算是一个不错的选择了。

第二:展会信息收集。展会作为比较悠久的营销方式,自然参展的企业也比较多,因此我们可以对与我们相关的展会进行信息的收集,以此来获取客户的。

第三:在搜索引擎上通过进行搜索。这也是比较常见的获取客户的手段了。一般的企业要想进行相关的宣传,肯定少不了搜索引擎的参与,因此通过关键字,我们就能在搜索引擎上找到我们想要的资源。

如何写一封高质量开发信

01 让开发信的句就跟对方有关

开发信的句话是邮件中非常重要的部分,无论你写的是什么,都要让句话跟收件人有关系,比如下面这些例子:

02 找到一个不常见的共同点

这就是相似吸引力效应(Similarity-Attraction Effect:物以类聚,人以群分的说法,是人际吸引的一种情况,大致上是指由于觉得彼此相似,所以相互喜欢。)

03 提及双方的共同

每10个人中就有9个人相信熟人,所以提及你们的共同可以改变潜在客户对你的看法

你可以在LinkedIn上找到一个共同的,具体作是:去到潜在客户中的”Highlights”部分,查看你们有无共同的。

让你的收件人知道这个共同,并包括你如何认识这个人和一些积极的细节。

04 征求意见

让对方知道你很重视他们的意见,是在邮件中介绍自己之前与人沟通的好方法,那是因为人们都喜欢谈论自己(我们每天大约有40%的时间都在谈论自己)。

设置舞台:给你的收件人一点时间,让他们换位思考,接受你的要求

给出一个理由:我们渴望解释,需要知道为什么要我们去做某件事

06 慷慨地提供价值
